    Vendor Management
    You will never see a mark-up on vendor bills, In addition, Apartment Community Management passes on the savings of our bulk purchasing for discounts on products or services needed for your property. On occasion, ACM will integrate the owner’s vendors into the property service plan if the vendors are licensed, bonded, and insured, and it makes good sense for the property. Many property management services won’t do this because they get kick-backs at the end of the year. ACM only bills for the services provided directly to the property owner.

    Tenant Management
    Apartment Community Management makes it easy for tenants to pay online and submit maintenance requests. This additional communication channel immediately connects tenants to the ACM management and maintenance staff for quick response. This expedites both maintenance requests to ACM and payments to property owners.

    Did you know that you can now access your owner statements online?

    How it works:

    In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

    Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
