“ For 16 years my wife and I personally managed our five acres with two domiciles, providing a home for my wife’s ailing parents and renting the other one. In those years we contracted with no less than 11 renters and continually suffered a myriad of frustrations from broken fixtures, to collecting rent and filing accurate tax forms. “ I am the owner of three separate 16 unit apartment complexes located in Gresham and Fairview, Oregon purchased in 2007 and 2008.
